The Minister of Education and Scientific Research officiates the opening of the international events TIB, The Romanian Research Convention, ExpoEnergiE, Inventika and Made in Romania – Together for your business

On Wednesday, the 14th of October 2015, took place the official opening of five large-scale international events which have become pillars for the Romanian industry: TIB, The Romanian Research Convention, ExpoEnergiE, Inventika and Made in Romania – Together for your business.

The festivity was officiated by the Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Sorin Mihai Cimpeanu, and the President of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Mihai Daraban, two honored guests who took the occasion to convey their message to the Romanian business environment.

This year, the Bucharest International Technical Fair – TIB, celebrating its 41st edition, gathered over 180 companies from 15 European and Asian countries over a surface of 8.000 square meters.

During the same period, between the 14th and 18th of October, took place other four events with a complementary thematic, The Romanian Research Convention – event that first took place in 1994 and has now become tradition, dedicated to research and scientific development; Inventika – the invention and innovation show; ExpoEnergiE – an event dedicated both to the energy market and the oil and gas industry and Made in Romania – Together for your business, the “Ambassador “ exhibition for Romania and the Republic of Moldova, a trade fair with the purpose of creating a mutual platform which promotes the indigenous Romanian and Moldavian products.

Other participants at the official opening were Mr. Stephane Bride, the Vice Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Florin Vodita, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Tourism, Mr. Mihai Albulescu, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Energy, Small and Medium – Sized Enterprises and the Business Environment, Mr. Tudor Prisecaru, President of the National Authority for Scientific Research (NASR), together with representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps in Romania.
