The Japanese – Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry working visit at ROMEXPO

A delegation from the Japanese – Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry came on Friday, the 16th of October 2015, at Romexpo, for a working visit.

The main subjects of discussion of the Japanese delegation led by Mr. Humiya Sakow, the President of RoCCIJa, Mr. Takehiko Sueoka, Secretary Head and Mr. Stefan Stan, Vicepresident, were concentrated on the IT and auto areas, the investment capital growth in these fields alongside the Romanian agricultural industry.

The executive management of Romexpo, represented by Mr. Mihai Costris, General Manager, Mrs. Daniela Sisin, Commercial Manager and Mrs. Janina Lupu, Head of the Marketing Department, presented a short briefing of Romexpo’s main areas of activity, focusing on the guests’ fields of interest, while also bringing onto their attention the macroeconomic indicators such as the retail market of Romania in contrast to de supply and demand ratio of the business line in which Romexpo activates.

In conclusion of the delegation’s visit, Mr. Humiya Sakow, the President of RoCCIJa, expressed his intention of a lasting collaboration with Romexpo, adding that the two institutions should “consolidate the Romanian – Japanese ties together”.
