Mihai Tudose, the Minister of Economy, Commerce and Tourism officiates the opening of the Romanian Tourism Fair, fall edition and Romhotel
On Thursday, the 12th of November 2015, the Romanian Tourism Fair, fall edition and Romhotel opened their gates, starting with the official opening that took place at 11.00 a.m.
The two events, organized annually ( Romhotel ) and bi-annually ( Romanian Tourism Fair ) have gathered under the same roof, the most important representatives of the tourism industry as well as the Romanian business environment through the participation of Mr. Mihai Tudose, Minister of Economy, Commerce and Tourism, Mr. Mihai Daraban, President of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Aurelian Marin, President of the National Association of the Tourism Agencies, Mrs. Anca Pavel-Nedea, President of National Authority for Tourism, Mr. Nicu Rădulescu, President of the Romanian Organisation of Spas’ Owners and Mr. Gabriel Zamfir, the Executive President of National Association of Ecological, Rural and Cultural Tourism.
The 34th edition of the Romanian Tourism Fair managed to successfully reunite, on a 7.500 sqm surface, over 200 companies ( from Romania and other 16 European, African and continental American countries ) which came with local vacation offers as well as with international ones.
The International exhibition for equipment, furniture and supplies for hotels and restaurants, is the ideal platform for exhibiting, under professional conditions the newest products and trends for a market which continually adapts to the public’s needs, such as the Romanian hospitality industry. This year, 66 companies presented their offers, turning the C4 and C5 Pavilions into reconstructions of the various Romanian regions.
